About Photography Study Program

Superiority

Mastering basic theory (photography, aesthetics, utility) and photographic concepts so as to be able to apply and analyze photographic works;
Mastering photography knowledge and skills extensively and being able to implement them in the form of photographic works;
Mastering knowledge of materials and technology in photography;
Mastering photographic supporting knowledge so as to be able to realize and analyze photographic works.
Mastering the history of photography and its development, so as to be able to analyze various photographic works;
Mastering conceptual and technical skills to broadenhorizons in photographic analysis;
Mastering the concept of photography and photography methodology;
Having a critical and logical mind in analyzing various photographic works
Have a sensitivity to appreciation and visual reading of photography so that they can find solutions to various problems in various cases and discourses in the world of photography.

Graduate Prospects

The reviewer designates the competency of the analyst, projected as a researcher, writer, critic, consultant and photography curator.
Creators designate competence as photographers: commercial, journalism and art, as well as social media content creators.
The supervisor designates the competence of the analyst projected as educator, instructor, resource person, extension worker, culture guide, and photography tutor
Entrepreneurs designate competencies as presenters, entrepreneurs: photo studios, printing, and photographic equipment rental; photography exhibition event organizer; management of photography galleries/museums that provide stock photos for media and other public publications. Entrepreneurs carry out business processes creatively, innovatively and professionally, in response to competitions in the field of photography either on a local, national or international scale.
